The tools tailored to you personally, such as acupressure points, breathing exercises, essential oils, mediation yoga exercises, exercises from the practice of mindfulness, Qigong exercises, nutrition tips and much more, help and support you in overcoming your current problem situations.
This way, you can fall back on the methods you have learnt to support you and help yourself if necessary.
Experience shows that usually 3-4 online meetings of about 1 hour are necessary so that you have enough confidence and experience to work with "your tool box".
For more than 12 years I worked at the EUI (European University Institute - Florence) in the Councelling and Wellbeing Centre with people like you. My working language was English and German. There I offered individual counselling as well as group courses for relaxation meditation.
